my background
I’ve felt passionate about cultivating authentic leadership since my in-house days leading Learning & Development teams for high-growth multi-billion dollar global companies. Since branching off in 2018 to work independently, I’ve provided over 2,000 hours of coaching to more than 100 incredible leaders and changemakers, created custom-built workshops and training programs for dozens of organizations, co-founded an enterprise software company, taught a leadership development course at a NYC university for four semesters, and led my own team of twelve. In my personal time, I am an abstract painter, marathon-runner, and world-traveler (although now with a toddler, I’m no longer exploring 22 cities a year the way I did in 2019). These life experiences have added important perspective to the way I understand and support leaders with varying lifestyles.
