my background

I’ve felt passionate about cultivating authentic leadership since my in-house days leading Learning & Development teams for high-growth multi-billion dollar global companies. Since branching off in 2018 to work independently, I’ve provided over 2,000 hours of coaching to more than 150 incredible leaders and changemakers, created 100+ custom-built workshops and training programs for 30+ organizations, personally facilitated 5,000+ hours of training, rolled out dozens of new corporate Talent and Performance initiatives, co-founded an enterprise software company, taught a leadership development course at a NYC university for four semesters, and led large distributed teams.

In my personal time, I am an abstract painter, fitness-enthusiast, and world-traveler (although now with two children under three years old, I’m no longer exploring 22 cities a year the way I did in 2019 and no longer running marathons). These life experiences have added important perspective to the way I understand and support leaders with varying lifestyles.
