Forbes Coaches Council “highly recommends [that] executives take” the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment.

Radically improve your leadership

The ELI is the proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment that takes something abstract — how you perceive and approach life (i.e. your beliefs, behaviors, and leadership capabilities) — and turns it into a tangible metric that can be objectively evaluated.

Each of us interprets and reacts to situations differently because we see the world through a filter (comprised of a unique set of values, assumptions, and past experiences). Your own way of thinking pervades every aspect of your life and business, and can actually be obfuscating desirable opportunties. Using the Energy Leadership™ framework, the assessment yields three key indicators:

  1. Your Energetic Profile (EP), which graphically depicts your outlook at baseline,

  2. Your Energetic Stress Reaction (ESR), which graphically depicts your outlook when you’re experiencing stressful circumstances, and

  3. Your Average Resonating Level of energy (ARL), which is a composite score representing your overall outlook and engagement. (A higher ARL directly correlates with greater satisfaction in relationships, communication skills, and leadership ability).

The ELI-360 adds a section on leadership competencies for self-assessment, as well as for rating by nominated colleagues (up to 25.) These competencies and elements of the person's leadership style reflect their ability to adapt, communicate, engage, inspire, and relate to those around them. These elements can be seen in regular interactions as well as in situations where challenges and conflict may be occurring.

The ELI Assessment equips you to easily identify when you’re behaving reactively (instinctive fight-or-flight reactions) and empowers you to instead make decisions that are deliberate, values-aligned and thought-through, even when under stress.

change the way you approach problems and engage with others

  • Reduce stress, diffuse conflicts, and prevent crises, by improving individual and collective self-regulation

  • Experience heightened productivity by achieving state of flow and optimizing business processes

  • Adapt to changing market conditions with agility by increasing innovation skills

  • Make intentional decisions confidently and quickly, by thoughtfully calculating risks/rewards

The ELI, when administered both before and after a coaching engagement, can also be used to measure the effectiveness and ROI of coaching. (Analysis of a data set containing the ELI assessments of 30,000 people found that after receiving Core Energy Coaching™, the average ARL increased from 3.25 to 3.52, which is a statistically significant increase.)

The realizations you'll gain from the ELI assessment and debrief process alone will transform the way you lead and grow your business. These insights, along with 1:1 or team coaching, also boost productivity, communication, and employee morale.

HOW MUCH LONGER WILL YOU ALLOW YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS TO HOLD YOU BACK?
