Team coaching with Natalie is customized to fit your organization’s specific needs and goals.

A typical engagement, supporting a group of 3-15 includes:

  • Roadmap session & scorecard - Natalie and your company’s key stakeholders will create a results-oriented scorecard that calibrates your company values with specific leadership development goals the group will achieve while working with Natalie

  • Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment - through this 20-minute individual leadership assessment and 3-hour group debrief with Natalie, we’ll examine what’s working well and which simple shifts could open up new opportunities for each group member

  • Group intensives - quarterly or monthly group coaching sessions to introduce and develop leadership skills, optimize the group’s synergistic communication, and progress toward milestones outlined in the scorecard

  • Private breakthrough sessions - biweekly or monthly 1:1 coaching sessions for each team member to solve real-time issues and develop their leadership skills

  • Tools and exercises - access to dozens of tools and exercises, tailored to your needs

  • Just-in-time support - Weekly accountability check-ins via email or text and 24/7 access to Natalie via email and text

  • SCOPE assessment app access - unlimited access to a proprietary app-based 2-minute assessment that helps you to shift yourself into high-performance mode

  • Follow-up - 2 additional group coaching sessions to use within the 12 months after your contract ends
